Mercedes is Tops Among Luxury Items
If you drive a Mercedes, you understand that luxury isn’t just about image or looking good. Luxury is, in many ways, about a good value. A Mercedes is an investment, something that will hold much of its value over time. That, in addition to the quality of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, make them a wise choice.

There are some luxury items, however, that may not be nearly as good a value. Forbes Magazine took a look at some of the most overpriced luxury items available recently.
One item on the list was a pair of Earnest Sewn and Van Cleef & Arpels Alhambra jeans. These jeans come in at $11,300. Quite a price to pay for a little bit of denim.

Another item, for example, is the Bling H20. This bottled water is the idea of Kevin G. Boyd, a Hollywood producer and writer. This bottled water, drawn from a Tennessee spring, is no more or less pure than most other brands of bottled water.
For consumers who think a $3 bar of Dove soap isn’t enough, San Francisco’s Spa Radiance offers the Grand Luxe Facial at $750. With a caviar eye treatment and Diamond Peel Microdermabrasion, Spa Radiance swears its top-priced facial heals years of sun damage and irritation.
Especially when put up against these items, you can see why Mercedes has truly been a long-lasting name in luxury, and not just a flash in the pan.
