• Determine a convenient route. It’s not feasible for one person to pick everybody up at their homes in the morning. Find a convenient place for everyone to meet so the driver only needs to make one stop.
• Have a backup. If the driver needs to back out one morning, have a Plan B so everybody isn’t late for work that morning.
