First Look: Mercedes CLC Sport Coupe
The C Class Mercedes have been extremely popular, blending the luxury features of Mercedes-Benz with a price tag that is attractive to middle-income buyers. The newly redesigned C Class Sport Coupe, now named the CLC Sport Coupe, which will debut during Berlin Fashion Week later this month, promises to be no exception. Winding Road provides a sneak peek at the redesign.
The new CLC’s front end has been revamped to reflect the current C Class. However, much of the CLC retains the traditional styling of its predecessor, including the trademark hatchback. Nonetheless, according to the official Mercedes press release, 1100 components have been either reworked or designed from scratch for the new CLC.
Mercedes claims that the CLC is aimed at young drivers who want a car that is fun to drive and reflects their lifestyle, while maintaining the features of safety, comfort and functionality for which Mercedes is known. Technical upgrades include DVD or hard drive navigation, direct steering, a built-in infotainment system and a more power engine.
We will bring you more information about the CLC Sport Coupe as it becomes available.
