Certified Used Cars are Comparable Alternative to Hybrids
These days, hybrids seem to be all the rage. Everybody thinks a hybrid is the best option when buying cars regardless of the cost. But did you know many certified used cars are a comparable alternative if you don’t have the tens of thousands of dollars to afford a hybrid?
Hybrids are great for helping reduce pollution. However, they still use gasoline and they often increase your fuel economy by a few miles. Unfortunately, that doesn’t really offset the extra thousands of dollars in price for many, many years.
So what’s an environmentally-conscious car buyer to do? Certified used cars are nearly as good as a hybrid. One main difference, however, is the price. You can save twenty or even thirty thousand dollars on one of these cars and still get a great warranty to boot.
Certified Mercedes vehicles get great gas mileage. It might not be as good as a hybrid, but it’s close. In fact, you might even find some hybrid certified used cars in the next couple years as people start trading them in for newer models.
