Who says you cannot combine sports, luxury, affordability and eco-friendliness all in one vehicle? It certainly was not Mercedes-Benz and the automaker’s 2010 ML450H Hybrid is here to prove it. The ML450H is MB’s first production hybrid that mixes gas and electric capabilities into one car for the ultimate in power and eco-consciousness. And when it debuted at the 2009 New York Auto Show, it was the only thing people could talk about!

Mercedes-Benz worked on the dual-mode engine with other automakers to come up with the best in the business. With the help of General Motors, Chrysler and BMW, the German automaker created a hybrid that is similar to the one used in the Chevrolet Tahoe Hybrid. The engine consists of a gasoline-powered engine combined with a CVT, or continuously variable transmission, along with four clutches and twin electric motors. The German automaker also included Mercedes-Benz’s patented 4Matic all-wheel drive system to make this hybrid really stand out from the rest.

With this intricate system, the 2010 Mercedes-Benz ML450H Hybrid provides more than 330 horsepower along with 380 pound-feet of torque. But with all that power, you still get decent gas mileage. The EPA estimates that the 2010 ML450H gets about 21 miles per gallon in the city and nearly 25 miles to the gallon when driving on the highway. You can also get up to 60 miles per hour from a stop in less than 8 seconds. Tell me that’s not impressive for a hybrid!

Here’s something that is even more amazing about the ML450H: If you want to get even better performance (like if you want to show off at a red light or for your girlfriend), you can switch to Sport mode. This reprograms the transmission so you can get shorter shift times and eight fixed ratios for more speed and better acceleration. And while you are driving, you can get a real-time display right on the dash that tells you about how much charge is left in the battery, your fuel consumption and the energy flow so you can adjust your driving habits accordingly.

On the exterior, Mercedes-Benz decided to give the ML450H a low profile. It does, however, have a modified hood and a BlueEfficiency logo on the fender. You may also notice a hybrid badge on the back to show others its eco-friendly status.

Don’t take our word for it, though. Take the 2010 Mercedes-Benz ML450H Hybrid for a test drive at one of your NJ area Benz dealers and see how you can get fuel efficiency and performance wrapped up in one luxurious vehicle. You may not believe your eyes!

Mercedes has finally jumped on the environmentally savvy bandwagon with the 2010 Mercedes S-Class S400 Hybrid, and like everything they do, they are doing it with style. For one thing, they’re one of the very first hybrids to use advanced lithium-ion batteries, which store more energy in a lighter package, so the low fuel economy doesn’t slow your engine down. The full-size sedan gets an amazing 30 miles per gallon with a 15-kW electric motor and a 3.5-liter V6 that puts out 295 hp. It doesn’t skimp on the quality of the ride, either — it’s still Mercedes luxury all the way through the styling and the drive performance, going from 0-60 in 7.1 seconds. All of the environmental savviness without compromising on the ride. BROWSE INVENTORY

You probably have not heard much about the 2010 Mercedes S400 Hybrid with all of the other automakers coming out with hybrid models. But Mercedes-Benz is happy to be in the background as long as the company is making superior cars that the most discerning and distinguished car buyers will notice.

That’s exactly what MB has done with the 2010 S400 Hybrid. Mercedes-Benz is the first automaker to put a next generation lithium-ion battery pack into one of its production hybrids. That gives the car more range than comparable hybrids on the market today.

In addition to that, the S400 is the first Mercedes-Benz hybrid vehicle to get into showrooms. Along with the hybrid technology, the MB S-Class vehicles also have a new look with a refreshed grille, new headlight clusters and new bumpers to make it stand out from previous generations and other models. And besides a couple small badges, you wouldn’t know the S400 Hybrid is actually a hybrid unless you take a look under the hood. The S400 Hybrid includes a 3.5-liter V6 engine with a seven-speed automatic transmission along with an electric motor mounted between the two. The hybrid system “never operates in electric-only mode the way the one in the Toyota Prius does” and the electric motor helps the engine and lets it shut off when the car comes to a stop. That’s something other hybrids just don’t do.

Check out the innovative 2010 Mercedes S-Class S400 Hybrid at your local Mercedes dealer today!

Minivans don’t scream luxury, and a lot of families that could use the space aren’t eager to put down cash on a vehicle that says they’re staid and boring. The Mercedes R-Class R350 4Matic is anything but boring, with extraordinary luxury offerings, a sleek style, and the comfort and roominess that puts any minivan to shame for an optimal family vehicle. All-wheel drive and a seven-speed automatic transmission put out a smooth driving performance, and the powerful 3.5-liter V6 engine will put other family cars to shame with 268 horsepower. Features like heated outside mirrors, rain-sensing wipers, dual-zone climate control, maple wood trim, COMAND control interface, and alloy wheels make it a luxury to own indeed. BROWSE INVENTORY

A family vehicle has never been this luxurious.

Most families, when they find themselves needing room for a couple extra kids and a trunkful of equipment, go for a minivan or a station wagon. Unfortunately, along with that choice comes a whole boatload of stigma, and that’s not a lot of fun for many modern families who know that having kids doesn’t mean you stop appreciating the finer things in life.

So how to walk the line between beauty and practicality? Slide into a 2010 Mercedes R-Class R350 4Matic, and you’ll find it just isn’t a problem anymore.

Forget staid, boring old minivans. The luxury offerings of the Mercedes R-Class include one of the roomiest, most comfortable interiors you’ll ever find. Loading and unloading is a breeze with two extra-large rear doors, which allow for easy entry without grading down the style with sliding doors like a minivan.

You’ll find great materials in the interior, too, with leatherette upholstery, wood and alloy trim, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. The bucket front seats, along with four rear seats make for a total of 6 people comfortably riding along. Both driver and passenger have 8-way power adjustable seats – the driver even gets adjustable lumbar support.

In the rear you’ll find roomy captain’s chairs and folding split-bench third-row seats that can make room for more cargo if necessary. The rear seats also recline, a handy feature for long road trips. Power outlets in front, rear and cargo make entertainment no trouble at all, even if you didn’t have the radio with in-dash 6-CD/DVD changer with MP3 Playback stereo and speed sensitive volume control. The auxiliary MP3 audio input and optional video monitor ensure that every vacation is a breeze.

The R350 gets its power from a 3.5 liter 268-hp V6 engine, and the all-wheel drive and 7-speed automatic transmission make for the sort of smoothly elegant driving experience that you’d expect from a Mercedes. The suspension contributes a good deal to the smooth ride, too, with four-wheel independent suspension, front and rear stabilizer bar, and self leveling suspension.

As for the driver, they’ll want for absolutely no convenience in this luxury family wagon. The R350 is pre-wired for phone and includes Bluetooth, a trip computer, rain sensing wipers, privacy glass, and incredibly comfortable seats.

Of course, every family vehicle has to have safety as a paramount concern, luxury vehicle or no. The R350 has you covered there with 4-wheel ABS, ventilated front disc and solid rear disc brakes, front, rear, and third row airbags, child safety locks, child seat anchors, and a post-collision safety system. Monitoring for the vehicle ensures that no unfortunate safety issue goes unchecked, so you can drive your children in style knowing their safety is taken care of, too.

For luxury and practicality in the perfect blend, the Mercedes R-Class R350 4Matic is ideal. Check yours out at Your Mercedes.

The new 2010 Mercedes SL-Class is creating a buzz at your local Benz dealers. Here are a few of the things people are talking about.

•	The SL550 model has a smooth and quick acceleration. When Mercedes-Benz said this particular model can go from zero to 60 mph in 5.3 seconds, they were right. According to the reviewers, the transmission allows for smooth transitions between gears at any speed.
•	The SL-Class gets decent gas mileage at an average of more than 18 miles per gallon.
•	The 19-inch tires provide for a good ride in the 2010 SL-Class.
•	When accelerating, the engine “makes a sporty but refined growl,” according to the reviewer. Other noises are filtered so they do not drown out your enjoyment of the ride.
•	The cabin of the 2010 Mercedes SL-Class is sportier than the CL and the S-Class rides.
•	The new SL-Class has plenty of room along with ventilated seats for extra comfort.
•	Safety features include antilock brakes, a state-of-the-art antiskid system, traction control and much more.

These are just a few of the features and amenities you will appreciate about the 2010 Mercedes SL-Class. Visit your New Jersey area Mercedes dealer to check one out today!

Mercedes-Benz has always had a reputation for producing comfortable and stylish cars since it began more than 100 years ago. The 2010 E-Class is no different. In fact, some say this E-Class is better than any other model in the automaker’s lineup because of its superior construction and safety.

Click here to view the embedded video.

The all-new E-Class is a classic and conservative sedan. These are the types of cars one thinks about when they hear the Mercedes-Benz name. Over the years, the automaker has branched out into other types of cars, and while this is good, many consumers do miss the classic sedans that are synonymous with the Mercedes-Benz name.

The 2010 E-Class is getting back to that with a squared-off appearance, an upright roof and creased fenders. This E-Class also features a familiar chrome grill and dual headlights that many car buyers may remember from years past.

In addition to the exterior familiarity, the interior has a familiar appearance, too. The dash is squared off, reminiscent of older models. But it differs from those older Benz vehicles because it has some modern and sophisticated technology within the dash.

For fans of the older Mercedes-Benz vehicles, the 2010 E-Class is perfect. It combines the durability and style of years past with the best modern features of today. Which is why we have selected this vehicle to be our featured vehicle of the month for October.

Mercedes-Benz vehicles are more than just luxury vehicles, as anyone who has ever owned one can tell you. Mercedes-Benz vehicles are extremely well built, for example. In addition, Mercedes-Benz vehicles have a timeless design. The new Mercedes-Benz E-class coupes take that timeless design and bring it to a new generation.

The Mercedes-Benz E-class has a fluidity of motion not often seen in the automotive world. The design is sculpted, and the E-class arcs are pleasantly graceful.

In addition to timeless looks, the Mercedes-Benz E-class vehicles can perform. For example, the Mercedes-Benz E550 can do zero to 60 in just at five seconds. Acceleration in the E-series is wonderful. In addition, the E-class is great for long distance touring. There is plenty of comfort in these vehicles, and like all Mercedes road noise is kept to a minimum even at higher speeds.

If you want to experience the very best that Mercedes has to offer in terms of timeless design, come to your Princeton area Mercedes-Benz dealer today and check out the latest Mercedes-Benz E-class.

The 2009 Mercedes-Benz GL-Class is, for all intents and purposes, one of the most well crafted and stylish full size luxury SUV on the market. While much of the competition takes a more ostentatious approach, the 2009 Mercedes-Benz GL-Class has an understated refinement. Available in three different levels of trim, this seven-passenger vehicle is definitely one to consider.

The Gl320 Bluetec is one of the most interesting options available in the luxury SUV market today. This model features the 3.0 liter turbodiesel V6 engine, offering much better fuel economy than the gas powered 2009 Mercedes-Benz GL-Class options. It has surprising power for a V6, and qualifies for a $1,800 federal tax credit, as well.

The next model to consider is the GL450. The GL450 has a V8 gas-powered engine, and has the same features as the GL350 Bluetec. Both include dual zone automatic climate control, sunroof, leatherette upholstery, power 50/50 split folding rear seat, the Mercedes COMAND multimedia interface, six CD changer audio system including, SD card reader, auxiliary audio jack and Bluetooth.

At the top of the line you’ll find the GL550. This features plenty of options as standard equipment, as well as unique styling details. You’ll find a hard drive based navigation system, upgraded sound system, power iftgate, and many other features on the GL550.

Come and check out the 2009 Mercedes-Benz GL-Class at your Mercedes-Benz dealer near Flemington today.

For over two decades, the Mercedes E-Class has held its position as one of the most successful cars in the midsize luxury sedan class. The 2009 Mercedes E-Class is dignified, refined, capable, and the ultimate middle ground between the low-end C Class and the high end S Class.

The 2009 Mercedes-Benz E-class adds some new features to the line. First off, there’s a new sound system that has, among other things, a memory card reader in the dash. A six-disc changer is now standard, as well. The navigation system is hard-drive based, and offers space for music storage as well.

You can choose between a sedan or a wagon, and there are four engine choices as well in the 2009 Mercedes-Benz E-Class. The most popular E-Class models have traditionally been the E350 and the E550, although the diesel-powered E320 Bluetec may be more popular as time goes on. This diesel runs much cleaner than older Merdedes diesels. The top-End E63 features a 507 horsepower V8, getting you from zero to 60 in 4.3 seconds.

Check out the 2009 Mercedes-Benz E-Class today. You’ll be glad you did.
